👤It has been months and months of searching for a mirror that would work with a car with fixed headrests. Finally, this! It's not as heavy as I would like, but I think that it's enough to keep it in place. I am able to easily tighten the strap, and even when we load the baby in on the side where the mirror is, it remains stable and in place. I put the mirror on the passenger side of the car because the seat is in the center. If you have passengers in the back, it's easy to move it to center. I was a little annoyed when I ordered the mirror because I thought it would be useless and I felt like I was paying for something I didn't need or want. Couldn't have been more wrong. We use the light all the time now that it's winter and it gets dark so early, because it works beautifully and doesn't disturb the baby. I can finally see what's happening in the back seat. I wish I had found this mirror sooner.

👤I had a giant one with a light but it never went off and the light just stopped working after a few days. My son thought it would be fun to kick it and it broke off the bulb that maneuvers it, after I bought another large one without light. We hunted for this one. The reviews were too generous. Unless someone notices, this is not something you want for your child. 1. Too small, and I'll just get a head shot and in the sun or day, I can't see him. 2. The mirror is rendered useless because it is distorted. It has a light that shines directly in the path of the child. 3. Sometimes the remote works. If the light wants to turn on, I just bought it. Not impressed. It's a small mirror. It is not my cup of tea. If you're looking for a clear view of your child, I'll use the one I have and Jerry-rig it to stay and add twinkle lights. Not worth the money.

👤I bought this mirror when we had our second, because I have the older version. I like the nightlight feature. It has been nice to be able to see the baby's face when it's dark. The batteries last a long time and the remote works well. I didn't like how it fades out because I couldn't tell if the mirror received the signal that I pushed the button. It's better since the gradual fade won't disturb the baby should it be sleeping, whereas a quick on or off might. The stability of the mirror is something I don't like. The biggest complaint with these types of mirrors is that they jiggle. The older version doesn't move. It's easy to change, stays out and provides a clear image that is a true reflection. My daughter now looks in the mirror to see me and we can sign to each other. So... It's easy to see. It has a lot of vision. The new model has a weird mirror that makes it look like a fish bowl. It doesn't stay adjusted since it's getting too much and you're staring at your baby's chest and hands. You can't see baby's face unless the mirror is adjusted. It's a fun mirror. It's easy to take on and off, I like the way it secures to the headrest. I want to look at this mirror. It's not as good as the one it replaced. The nightlight should have been incorporated into the old mirror design.

👤I bought this several months ago. The size, clarity, and the swivel are what I like the most. It was slipping off the headrest. I need to adjust it better on the headrest because that could be user error. On the other day, the swivel that allows you to adjust wouldn't budge. It snapped off when I applied some pressure. It is useless now. The brand says they offer a lifetime warranty if something should happen. There is no contact information for the company listed on the product. Amazon offered to replace or refunds the product after checking into it and not being able to contact them. I like it so I will replace it. I hope this one lasts and that it was just a coincidence that the other one broke. I think it could have been the heat that made the plastic stick stick. We will find out.

👤I bought this one after reading many reviews. It is clear and large. I love the fact that you have to use two hands to position the swivel so that it doesn't move easily or accidentally. Morrison is the best infant I have ever purchased. It's definitely worth every penny.

👤I bought this mirror of free will after reading this review. I don't like fake reviews that stem from receiving a free product. This is a real review. I saw a video of the mirror in an ad before buying it. I bought it for my car since we were looking for a new one for our baby. We love it! It is a clear view of my baby, the mirror is larger than what we have for our other two kids, and it stays in place because it pivots from the center. We have three kids who are rear facing, so we will be buying a few more. You will not regret buying this for your vehicle.

👤This mirror does what it says it does. I don't have a middle head rest, so I've purchased 5 different mirrors. I returned them. The mirror is clear.

👤The company sent me a replacement for the straps after I explained what happened. I was really impressed with their customer service. Will buy from them again in the future. My rating was 2 stars. I really liked this mirror. The reflection is clear and it is a good size. It is sturdy and not flimsy. It's easy to install on the headrest. I bought a mirror in March. The mirror fell off the headrest when I went to put the baby in the car. When I picked it up again, I noticed that one of the straps had broken. The only thing I could think of was the heat from the back window. The mirror is no longer useful. I don't want to buy another one for $30 if that happens again. I live in Oregon and it doesn't get very hot. We haven't even reached the hottest months yet. I loved this mirror, but I didn't. The straps were poor in quality.

The infant back seat mirror can be installed on the inside of your vehicle or truck with a clip mount. Attach a clip to your sun visor or interior panelling. It is possible to see your baby in a rearward facing car seat without turning your head. It increases your field of view and reduces blind spots. The back of the car mirror has a pivot for baby. When the car is moving, the mirror won't come down. No tools or assembly are required. It fits most cars, trucks, vans, SUVs. The back of the car mirror has a pivot for baby. When the car is moving, the mirror won't come down. No tools or assembly are required. It fits most cars, trucks, vans, SUVs.

Brand: Jonmon

👤I wanted to show you how I use it. I tried it on the visor, but didn't like it. I put it between the two things. It works perfectly. Hope this helps everyone. I see people complaining about it vibrating, so I tighten the nut on the mirror. Problem solved.

👤I love that we have on visors for each child, they're the best and I don't have to mount to the windshield. It's easy to take off when they're not needed. Will never buy another one.

👤I would have liked to sit behind the driver instead of the passenger in this mirror. It would not have interfered with your line of sight while you were driving. I couldn't use it because I have a child's car seat in the back of the car and it was too big for me to move the mirror to see my child in the second row. If I had the car seat sitting behind the driver, it would have worked great for me, but I prefer the car seat sitting behind the passenger.

👤It was great to see in the backseat. I wish it had a little more mobility but it doesn't block view out the front window, it just has a great mirror to keep an eye on the backseat.

👤It doesn't hold onto the visor or the rear view mirror, as I drive it pops off, it's on the seat.

👤The mirror doesn't make anything bigger. The base doesn't hold the mirror, so you can't see it. It's very annoying when trying to drive.

👤It has a great range of motion. If you bumped it, it wouldn't be easy to break. It clips on and stays on. I would recommend it.

👤The mirror is perfect. We will be buying more for our other vehicles. You can see through it. I can now see most of my back seat.

4. Munchkin Wide Angle Adjustable Glare Free Resistant

Munchkin Wide Angle Adjustable Glare Free Resistant

The baby car mirror has a glare-free night light. The positioning of the 4 lights allow for a clear view of the baby at night. It's easy to adjust the mirror with the help of rotating and pivots. The mirror measures 11.25" X 8.0" and provides superior undistorted views. 30 second safety check, 30 minute extended night light, color selection, and color spectrum are some of the light settings. No assembly is needed to install. The dual straps are made of seatbelt material and are secured with the headrests.

Brand: Munchkin

👤There is no way to clean this mirror. I didn't send it back because it was the only one I could find that didn't have horrible reviews and it was the only one with a remote and light. If there was another one, I would throw it away. I was annoyed but thought I could live with it. I realized why it was scratched. You will leave scratches if you look at the mirror the wrong way. It is stupid that you can not touch the mirror with anything. I took a cloth and scratched it all to get rid of the dust. I did not put any pressure on it. It's not real glass, it's some other reflective material. It is the only one like it that I settled for. It's so frustrating. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for that.

👤I hope I can use it after picking my child up. The wireless remote was great for the colors and brightness. I changed the batteries with new ones after it died, but they are dead again, and I barely used it. The battery life doesn't last long and the heat messes with it. I ordered a camera to replace the mirror.

👤My baby boy hates the dark, he is almost 4 months old, and whenever we put him in his car seat in the back in the evening, he would have a full on melt down. One of us would have to hold his hand while sitting in the back. It's a pity. This was a big change. The lights can change colors now that he loves them. :D Everybody wins when there is no more melt downs. It is dim enough to not distract other drivers on the road. 10 out of 5 stars!

👤I have mixed feelings about this product, but I absolutely love it because I can't turn on my dome light while driving. The battery life is awful, as many people have mentioned in their reviews. I put new batteries in and they barely lasted for two weeks. I have to remember to turn the main power button on the back off and on every time, which is frustrating, but better than refilling batteries every week or two.

👤The remote buttons get stuck when they are pressed, because the batteries go so quickly. The light makes it hard to see my daughters face. I thought it would be effective, but it wasn't. I'm not sure when in the dark. The size of the mirror is perfect.

👤I have a BMW X5 and the center headrest does not move up. I was looking for a mirror that I could install in a different way than securing it from under, and this is what I found! I wrap it tightly around the head rest. I give it 4 stars because I wish the light was more consistent. I didn't purchase this mirror for that reason, but I did read it and it was a good review. I would give it a one star if it was my main reason for buying it. This is a mirror that I need and it is very high quality. Also my husband. He likes to be able to move it to his liking because I have a foot height difference. It has a passing for the seat so when you put it on tight, it won't make the seat bad.

5. Shynerk Baby 0011 Baby Car Mirror

Shynerk Baby 0011 Baby Car Mirror

The picture show has a colorful color. The mirror is easy to fit and can be attached in seconds to the rear seat head rest. The Extra- Large Wide angles of the mirror give you full sight of your baby and surroundings. The pivot is adjusted for full maneuverability with most vehicles. Attaches to a headrest. It works on most cars, vans, SUVs, and trucks. A black plastic frame surrounds a safety glass with a sledgehammer design. In the event of a crash, you can make sure your baby is safe. No assembly is required and it fits all vehicle types. It's for any place of back seat in most cars, trucks, vans and SUVs. No tools are required to install. No assembly is required and it fits all vehicle types. It's for any place of back seat in most cars, trucks, vans and SUVs. No tools are required to install.

👤It's easy to install.

👤A car baby mirror was a must for a newborn that stops breathing. I liked the range of motion option so I got this one. I was hoping it would work out. It does! I'm very happy with this mirror. I set it up in the Target parking lot with the wind raging, and I still managed to get it set up. I positioned it to where I thought I needed it and then checked it out, it was perfect. I can see my little girl's face perfectly, which will give me a lot of peace of mind while we drive to and from Dr's appointments.

👤I've bought mirrors from big box stores to make sure I have a good view of my son, but none of them worked. My son is going home after spending 90 days in the NICU. I refused to leave the state and spend time in the car if I couldn't see him because we traveled from across the country for his care. I wish I'd had this mirror for my other two kids when they were born because it gives a big full view of him.

👤I have never seen a better baby mirror. I was worried that the mirror would be squishy like a toy mirror. Not at all. The mirror is easy to adjust to and doesn't shake at all. It's large but doesn't obscure my vision. The mirror is plastic, so as to not cause dangerous shatter, however it is clear and not toy-ish. There is a The wide dimensions allow me to fit this to the left of my baby's seat, rather than directly in front of my baby. I like the idea that there is nothing in front of my baby that is strapped in, in case of an accident. I don't fear that it could cause problems in an unfortunate collision because it is off to the side. I recommend this mirror to everyone.

👤I put the mirror in my mother-in-law's car. My husband and I have $35 baby mirrors from our baby shower and this one seemed like it had good reviews and was high quality so we ordered one to try, thinking one doesn't need to spend that much on a mirror. It seems like it will work well for me. It was hard to get the prices together. I handed it to my husband and he took care of it quickly. It was easy to install the car. It is more difficult to maneuver to the right angle than our expensive mirrors, but is effective and won't move around once adjusted appropriately. I would recommend this to anyone who has the strength to assemble the pieces.

👤My wife had twins, so I got 2 mirrors to use in the backseat of my SUV. They fit perfectly on the headrests and take up less space in the rear view mirror. The mirrors were easy to install, and have straps that can be adjusted. Attach one going up and down, and the other side-to-side, then adjust the mirror angle once installed. It's easier to have another person for that step if you look in the rear view. I put the 2 mirrors off-center towards the middle of the car. I could see both of them in the rear view mirror, but they weren't at the edge of the RV mirror. It would be centered in the RVM with only one mirror in the back. My kids can see me through their mirrors since they will clap when I look at them. Unless I'm going over a rough road, the mirrors don't move a lot. It's expected since they're installed on a pivot point and the mirror isn't flat against the head. To make it less shaky, I put black electrical tape around the back of the mirror and attached it to the front. I removed the tape because it didn't stay on. If you drive on smooth roads, you get used to the shaking. The review was longer than intended. I highly recommend these mirrors for new parents who want to keep an eye on their kids. It gives me peace of mind to be able to see them while I'm driving. My wife initially thought they weren't worth it, but now she wants me to order and install a set for her. One of the kids was coughing the other day and it sounded like he spit up on his outfit and seat, but she couldn't tell since he's still rear-facing. One point for dad.

6. QIXI Baby Car Mirror Forward Facing

QIXI Baby Car Mirror Forward Facing

The mirror can fall out of your back seat if it slips on the elastic straps. The baby mirror won't slip out of place or wobble around even when it's bumps in the road. During the mourning period, keep your baby in sight. The baby car mirror is made with a size of 6.50x4.13" and has a shape that makes it easy to see if your child is doing well. There are two ways to use your baby in different growing situations. If you want to change the position of the baby mirror during the baby's growth, you can use the bassinet on the headrest or the cup on the window. Sturdy construction is a part of the roofer design. The car baby mirror is made of shatterproof plastic and has a stable connecting section cup/buckle straps to ensure that it will stay in place even through rough roads. Simply install the section cup on the front windshield or affix the straps to your car's backseat head rest and adjust the viewing angle perfectly as the baby car seat mirror can be multi-angleadjustable. Brand: Kinsei

👤The rear window of my Honda Accord is where I use the cup. It is stable and gives me a good view of my child. This one is mounted to the headrest and gives me a stable view. I broke the other brand and it was shaky. I like the options you have.

👤Take a good look at his package. Really? The mirror is made of plastic. When you stick the mirror to the window there is not enough range of motion to angle it where you want it to be to see a baby. You can either see the back of the car or the roof. Don't waste your time or money on this product, it is a non functioning design.

👤I've been looking for a mirror that will fit my car as my rear headrest is stable. I went ahead and purchased after reading a review that included a video and was hopeful that my search was over. The mirror is so small that you can't really see what LO is doing. I have to squint. The mirror would be perfect if they made it larger.

👤I landed on this one because my car lacks headrests. A mirror has a good reflection. I would have liked to have been able to see my daughter in her rear facing car seat but it works. The only complaint is that the cup won't stay attached. I cleaned the glass before putting it in and it fell the next morning. I put a little bit of Vaseline on the cup after another failed attempt.

👤I use this product to see my baby. It was easy to put up and I liked it immediately. The next day it fell off. I put it back up and it did it again the next day. I thought I was crazy. I think it did it 3 times, but I don't know what happened the last time I put it up. It was weird when I first got it. I like it when it stays up. Works well. I can see that my love is good.

👤The mirror was easy to install. There is no problem with the suction. The view of the baby is slightly distorted by the mirror. The worst part happened after a few days of use. The mirror would always tilt down. If you have to hold it to look at the baby, it's not worth it.

👤Aqu, q era bueno, Mi esposo insisti mucho. No hay manera de q, nunca terminas viendo a la bebé. hay opciones in tiendas.

👤We like the mirror. The power is good so far. It has lasted through the triple digit heat in California and has been installed in our truck back window. We figured out a way to position it so that we can see our little one, which is all that matters. The mirror is plastic so it is shatterproof.

Brand: Chillax

👤I was surprised by the size and quality of the baby mirror I received. The straps are secured so it stays sturdy, it has a swivel so that you can maneuver the mirror to whichever angle you want, and it only took us a few minutes to install. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a better product.

👤The mirror was easy to install in my car. It's easy to adjust. I can see her clearly. She can see herself and that keeps her entertained. I highly recommend.

If you don't like your baby car seat mirror, just return it for a refund.

Brand: Funbliss

👤The mirror is said to be the most stable, but it is not because of a ball bearing or a swivel on the back. I can't see my baby, I just see the top of the car seat, and there's no way to tilt the mirror without it slipping back to the straight forward position.

👤It was cheaper and better than what we got at walmart. You can see the baby more clearly with this wide range. It was worth the purchase.

👤I have had a few mirrors for my car, but this one is the best and the price is less than $30. I like how thin it is, it is not so bulky on the head rest, and it is very clear. You can see your child. The mirror has no frame and is large. I feel like you pay more to have a smaller mirror with a large frame. This price point is unbeatable. I think this is a baby registry.

👤There are a lot of products. We were debating between the two. We are happy with our decision. It was easy to install. The mirror is clear. The only flaw was to get it at the right angle, but an easy fix was to place something between the mirror and the headrest. A simple fix. Problem solved. It's a good idea to use a mirror so you don't get distracted while driving.

👤This mirror is less expensive than others because it doesn't have a way to angle the mirror. You can easily adjust the angle with a ball with a sockets or similar innovation. I keep my daughter's car seat in the middle seat to maximize safety, and the mirror has to go on the back passenger side seat to maximize safety. It is not possible to angle the mirror in this configuration so that I can see my daughter. You can spend the extra $5 and get an option.

👤It was difficult to get this at the right angle so we could see our baby. The mirror quality is okay. It was a pain to get correct placement.

👤The product seemed like a great purchase after reading the other reviews, but I got the package. I open the package, the mirror is in the box, and the back straps are covered in mold. Sorry. I don't want to buy a product that is going to be so close to a newborn baby. Going to look for something else.

👤The clips that I could mount to the head rest of my car were offered by this. It was difficult to get the right angle to see my baby. I had to jam a corner into the seat to hold the correct angle because I was never able to get the mount to align correctly. The strap broke just now. I live in Phoenix where summers are brutal so I still find this lacking having only lasted a few months in a shaded car.

9. BRITAX S864600 Britax Back Mirror

BRITAX S864600 Britax Back Mirror

A clear view of your child is reflected by the large pivot mirror. Installation is easy, no assembly is needed. It was designed for safety. The mirror has been crash tested to make sure it is safe in the event of a collision. A sleek look and feel is created with a soft grey frame. The fit is 7.5 x 3 x 11.5 inches. The fit is 7.5 x 3 x 11.5 inches.

Brand: Britax

👤I thought it would be safe because the seat is fastened to it. The base of it stayed on the seat, but the frame and mirror part flew off towards my child. I was not in the car at the time of the accident. I found the mirror part in front of the second row and the frame behind the second row. My Honda Odyssey was totaled in the accident, but my children came out safe thanks to the used car seats and propperly installed ones. I will not be buying a new one of the car seats that I will be replacing. This could have been bad for my baby.

👤The mirror worked the way I wanted it to. I rear ended a car that was going 20mph. The mirror was buckled to the headrest. The mirror broke off the base, flew into my rear facing carseat, and was found there with the plastic mirror shattered into shards. Had my child been in the carseat, she would have been cut up and possibly suffered other injuries. I will never use a rear facing baby mirror.

👤I drive a 2001 Ford expedition that doesn't have a latch system. My baby is in the middle of the second row. Their is a third row. I don't have a mirror to use. I couldn't use the mirror at my baby shower. I noticed this one when I went online. It works well. I put it in the car seat because I want to see her in the middle seat. If it was mounted above her, I could see her face just as much. It doesn't need to be adjusted. I can now see my baby while I'm driving. I can now have a piece of mind that she's safe because she cries so much. The baby is being blocked by the caterpillar. You can see the details of her hand and chest strap. I took this pic for a mounting reference.

👤We had a mirror for two and a half years. The mirror wasn't secure enough to keep it at the angle you wanted and the straps were coming undone. The straps were not strong enough to hold the mirror. My baby was hard to see. It was very frustrating to have to come out of the car multiple times. There is no way to connect the strap because it broke in one of the holes, making the mirror useless. I didn't want to have to buy another mirror. It has never worked well to begin with. I guess you get what you pay for. Not recommended!

👤This will be the last mirror we attempt. There is no headrest as our rear facing car seat is placed in the middle of the back seat. The other mirrors were supposed to be able to install without a headrest, but they did not work out. Within minutes, both fell over. We found this one on Amazon after going through dozens of failed attempts to get them to stay up. It pivots in any way you need it to, and it straps to the adjacent headrest. You can change the angle for whichever way you need it. I pull the straps every two weeks to make sure they are secure. The mirror has worked in the following cars. The Santa Fe is from the '08 year. Hope this helps!

👤The mirror is about the size of a Debit card and it isn't as large as a rear view mirror. It is like looking through your mirror to read someone's license plate. I couldn't see if my child was asleep or not. It was mounted on my visor. I was much happier buying the "Brica dualsight" instead. It's a little taller and a little wider than a rear view mirror.

👤There are pictures on Amazon that show the whole back seat and two full children. When I put it up, I could see half of my children. If you only need to see one kid, it would be a great product. The mirror is small and clear.

👤The mirror on the headrest didn't work when my baby went to a forwarded facing seat. I own a Honda Pilot. The mirror on the passenger side sun visor is perfect to see her. I added more photos. I only need it to see one child.

👤The mirror in a Ford is not large enough to fit both back seats. I can only see one child at a time. It would have worked better if it was wider. It works better in a small vehicle where the seats are closer together.

👤I love using it for my work area. I can see who is behind me.

👤The mirror is small but clear. The clip is great.

👤This product is useful. It was nice to add to my visor because my rear view mirror is thicker than most.

👤If you're researching which mirror is best for your baby, stop. You've made it to the top. It's seriously. Order it now. Maybe two or three. I bought a second for my husband's truck because I loved the first so much, but I wanted to explain why I'm obsessed with our green mirrors. 1. You will not find a clearer mirror. I threw away the mirrors I received at the baby shower. They were blurry and distorted. I wondered if this can be all there is to baby mirrors. The clearest image ever shown by Cozy Greens is what I was right about. I'm staring at my baby girl with my own eyes. There was no overstatement. It's a bit wide compared to others. 2. I can't find a mirror that locks in place when you want it to. I'm not worried about it falling on the baby because it's very secure to my head rest. I like the lock feature, but I'm bad about hitting the mirror when I wrestle to lock my daughter in her seat. Never fails! It can be either vertical or horizontal. It's super sturdy. It's easy to install/move, but I just bought multiple, you get it by now. 3. The first aid pack was included with the mirror. How clever! No other mirror will have this extra. It has everything you may need. I have a first aid kit with a cleaning cloth in it. It was just so thought out. Everything you need. 4. I have admitted to being obsessed and purchasing two for my family vehicles. I'm going to buy another for the baby shower gifts I have coming up. The parents will thank you a lot.

👤There are a lot of baby car mirrors on Amazon, all of which are very similar and sell at the same price points. I bought this one because I liked the product's minimalist design. The company's culture is reflected in the packaging, which includes a note on the outside of the box thanking the Chinese workers who manufactured it. It says, which is a cute nod. The mirror is easy to install and attach to the head rest. The ball joint makes setting the mirror easy. The mirror in our other car is terrible, it doesn't mount securely, can't see the baby's face, etc. The mirror is not perfect. I can see my daughter's face in the center of the mirror, and she can see me as well.

👤Great mirror! My car and my husband's car were bought. The passenger mirror is larger than the passenger mirror and the front windshield mirror is nicer. Sometimes the mirror will shift so I can't see my child. When I take the carseat out from the middle seat, I make sure to push it all the time. My car doesn't have a middle headrest, so I have to angle it on the side. My husband has a middle headrest, so he doesn't have the same issues as I do with bumping and shifting. The issue I was having was reached out to by the greens. I didn't know there was a locking mechanism on the mirror. The issue was ixed when I engaged the locking mechanism. If you have a child in the middle seat, you can angle the mirror from the side of the seat. I really like their customer service and how much they stand by their warranty.
