👤No need to look anymore, it looks very secure. The car seat can be taken out of the base. Excellent quality material! There is nothing I dislike about this car seat. I am very happy with this purchase. It is definitely worth the price. Happy mama over here! Thank you!

👤It's nicer than the snug ride 35 lite elite.

👤It is rated for 4 lbs and up, so it was just the ticket for our baby. The national consumer rating group has an excellent safety rating. It is possible to put the car seat directly into the stroller so you don't have to take the baby out of the seat when you run out of gas.

👤I love this seat. The features make it easy to use and comfortable for the baby. It fits into my Modes stroller and makes me happy.

👤They absolutely love it, it was purchased as a gift.

👤It was there before my daughter-in-law's baby shower. It will work for my granddaughter.

👤I love this carseat. It works well for my preemie and she will grow with it.

👤Excellent quality with great safety ratings. The next day, I arrived and it was adorable.

Installation of a stay-in-car base is easy. A combination of the most rigorous crash tests that helps to protect your child in frontal, side, rear, and rollover crashes; additional testing based on the New Car Assessment Program and for extreme car interior temperatures is what the Protect Plus engineered is. 👤Click connect to fit with my graco snugride. The extra base is good.

👤I got this for my van because I was tired of fooling with a seat without a base. Some reviewers said it was easy to install, others said it was hard to install. Just went with it. Most of the time, installing all bases is not very fun, but it's not a big deal. The base that came with the car seat is more difficult to install than this one. The seat belt clip feels impossible to thread through.

👤You want to make sure it fits, and shopping for this stuff can be confusing. It becomes clear that the confusion is shared by many when you look at the questions section. There is a The car seat has a sticker that says it works with Grace Click Connect. I had doubts when buying items that weren't related to Graco. I went ahead and placed the order after I saw the return policy. It fit perfectly on the car seat. The car seat is compatible with this base.

👤It's hard to take out. The belt part will not loosen if you move it or take it out. Time and money are wasted. The older versions of this base worked better for me.

👤The seat base is screwed. The belt won't pull enough to tighten it using the latch system, no matter what I do and how many times I try. The belt locks at random points. The base is still several inches of give. I clipped it and tried to adjust it. Adjusting it with a button pushed and unpushed. It shouldn't be difficult to tighten this with a belt. The company I am entrusting my child's safety to can't even get the simple stuff right.

👤It was easy to install the lap belt in the center back seat of the 2008 Camry. My husband and I bought a combo. We have 2 cars and it only came with one base. This works perfectly in my car, and is much easier than putting the car seat in every time I have to go somewhere. Just put the infant seat on the base.

👤The base will not get tight. The belt that tightens it glides along the base. There was no grip or movement. We bought this for our first child and will not spend more money on this company. Two bases were bought by us. The other base has no level indicator. It's shocking that they won't spend the extra couple of dollars to include a level on all bases because it's life and death with the baby sitting at it. They only include it if you spend more than that. I don't respect this company and will return everything GRACO we have.

👤It was very easy to use. When the car seat is removed, it catches on one side. It's not a big deal. It's a bit harder to get the car seat out.

👤The base original, buenos materiales...

3. Graco Landmark Infant Toddler Wynton

Graco Landmark Infant Toddler Wynton

The 3-in-1 car seat can be used in a rear-facing harness, forward-facing harness, and highback booster. A combination of the most rigorous crash tests helps to protect your little one in crashes. The Simply Safe Adjust Harness System allows the head and harness to adjust in one motion. The safest fit for your child is to choose the perfect height for their headrest. The recline helps for a better installation. The recline helps for a better installation.

Brand: Graco

👤This is not designed to be a rear facing car seat. If we were to get rear ended, the Landmark will flip backwards if the straps are tight. Our child would be hurt. We tried it in 2 different car models to make sure it wasn't weird. It appears to be a poor design that will be recalled or sued when a baby face gets fractured.

👤I don't write many reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared with those who got this car seat for free. This car seat was going to be used in a Toyota Sequoia. The industry standard should be the ease of attaching the Uppa Baby base to a car. The fact that I had to climb into the car, put my knee into the car seat, and then pull the LATCH strap to tighten the car seat is ridiculous. I couldn't tighten the car seat enough so that it wouldn't move. Even if I could get it tight, I would have returned it because it was unfair to my family and relatives.

👤When my baby outgrew her infant carseat, I bought this for her. I decided to move her to it after she turned a year old because she was too big for the infant carseat. It's a great quality carseat. Extra inserts can be added or removed for smaller babies. I like that it has a good amount of padding so it's comfortable. I had to sit my front seat up a little so that it fit in my explorer, but it was the only downfall. It's difficult for a baby to sleep in because it doesn't recline very far. I would buy this again if I needed it.

👤The carseat is great. I would recommend this to anyone with a small child. I bought this for my grandson. My daughter rolled her car with him in it after he had it for 2 months. The doctors at the hospital said the carseat saved his life. He came out of the accident with a small bruise on his forehead. He stayed in the seat. The car went down an embankment. I knew I was buying another carseat for him when the trauma doctor told me it was the one that saved his life. It's worth the money. You can't put a price on safety.

👤The car seat is great. The cover is easy to take off and clip back on for cleaning. You don't have to take the whole thing off if there is only a small mess on the seat. It's easy to install. My 2 year old can reach the cup on either side. Buckle straps and height adjustment are easy to adjust. I've had it for 3 months and I have nothing bad to say about it. I loved the fact that I could keep my 2 year old rear facing as long as I wanted. It made me feel at ease. I found out after doing research that they will just figure out a way to make themselves comfortable, which is easy in this spacious seat, because their legs wouldn't have room. If they meet the seat requirements, rear facing is still safer.

4. Graco SlimFit Convertible Seat Annabelle

Graco SlimFit Convertible Seat Annabelle

Your child can grow from a rear-facing harness to a highback booster in a 3-in-1 car seat. The seat is 10% slimmer because of the dual cup holders that rotates away. A combination of the most rigorous crash tests helps to protect your little one in crashes. The harness and headrest can be adjusted in one motion. The safest fit for your child is to choose the perfect height for their headrest. The recline helps for a better installation. Push-button In Right LATCH has an audible click to help ensure secure installation.

Brand: Graco

👤We were in a car accident at 60mph. A 2 year old child walked away from an accident after biting his tongue. He was thankful for the protection this seat gave him.

👤I've been wanting to get a second car seat for a long time. I went to the local stores to try out the Slim Fit after seeing the price drop. The Slim Fit and the Milestone are both on sale at Walmart for the same price. My primary car seat is a Graco 4Ever. Both the SlimFit and Milestone have the same features. My daughter and I chose Slim Fit because of the two cup holders. The seat is very comfortable. There is a good amount of cushion in the head and butt area. Ours has been in use for several years and feels more comfortable than the 4Ever. The beams are reinforced with steel like the 4Ever, but they are not as thick or wide. The SlimFit is a bit lighter because of this. The in Right latch system is a must have for the Slim Fit. The installation is easy, but the in Right belt is a bit harder to get as snug as I want. That could be because it is brand new. The harness adjusts when you raise and lower it. The seat is a bit larger than the 4Ever. I am testing out the Slim Fit in my Mazda CX-5 and I feel like there is more room for passengers than when I have the 4Ever in the same place. There are only 4 "recline" positions. I would like to see 5. The 4Ever has two recline positions just for forward facing, which is a plus. It's a little more comfortable with the added recline. The SlimFit is definitely comparable to the 4Ever. If you can purchase below retail, I would recommend it. There was a photo added for asthetic comparison.

👤Ok. All of the pictures should be forgiven. Seeing comparison pictures of new car seats helped me make my decision. We are getting a new car seat. I drive a small car, the 2015 crosstrek from the Subaru line. If I could do it all over again, I would buy a minivan that we didn't need and I wouldn't want a teenager sitting in the back for family outings. The seat is a bit slimmer on the slimfit due to the lack of armrest and cup holders. The back and headrest are the same on both seats, but the back of the slimfit is a solid panel as opposed to the extend2fit with an open back. Both of these differences are functional and mearly. The recline option is the same, the padding is the same, and the wonderful sliding headrest to adjust height is the same. The water under the bridge made it difficult for me to get the latch through the rear pass. The seat is heavy and not a good choice if you want to carry your car seat through the airport or move it on a regular basis. I don't like the fact that the infant seat insert is not included, there are a lot of cracks in the fabric and it is hard to get gummy snacks out of it. The seat is sturdy and well built, which is a bonus since I won't need another car seat for the kids down the road. It is nice. Installation was ok. 10/10 would buy again.

5. Century Drive Seat 5 100 Berry

Century Drive Seat 5 100 Berry

The car seat is 3-in-1. The rear-facing booster has a weight of 5-40 lbs, the forward-facing booster has a weight of 22-65 lbs, and the forward-facing booster has a weight of 40-100 lbs. The Happy Planet collection. Their Do More promise is to recycle, reuse, and give back. Space-saving design. It is a back seat space saver. No hustling. No-rethread harness system; one-hand, 6-position headrest and harness adjust together. There are 6 positions for the right install. Designed and tested to help provide safe and secure protection so you can focus on the road ahead. Side-IMPACT PROTECTION. The built-in 5-point harness system was tested for occupant retention.

Brand: Century

👤I bought this seat on Prime day sale a few months ago. When my toddler went with his grandparents, I bought a second car seat for him. We loved it so much that it became his primary seat. The low profile fits perfectly in our car and we always found ourselves getting my son into it. The seat is so flexible that we love it. It is much more comfortable than our other seat, and my son can easily fall asleep in it. The cup holders are garbage. My kid can remove them with ease. If you absolutely need snack holders, it's something to consider, since we solved this by removing them completely and flipping down the car's center seat cup holder. This was the perfect purchase.

👤My husband and I tried to install this in 2 different cars, first the seat belt and then the anchors, because our friend who is an obsessive car seat researcher suggested this to us. We were never able to get it installed in a secure location. We tried the rolled towel that is recommended in the instructions, but there was no dice. We're supposed to base the car seat's security on a towel. You're going to see the video I posted and say, "she just doesn't have the anchor straps tight." The straps were tight and it didn't make a difference. It's like... The angles are off. The cup holders have to be installed according to the manual. Which is fine, they were, but what if our kid pulls one out and throws it out the window on the freeway? Is it necessary to throw the car seat away? The instructions book and online installation videos are very basic, and I found some flaws in the video, such as the anchor strap being slack, but you can clearly see that the woman is trying to move the car seat back and forth. Fishy! If you want to try this for the price, but be honest about whether it is too loose, you should return it.

👤We've never had a better carseat. Function and beauty in one. The one-handed head rest adjustment is the best feature, it allows the shoulder straps to go up and down with no rethreading. Easy removal of the newborn piece. Instructions are on both sides of the seat, which makes it easy to place a height stand. My baby is 1.5 years old and 25 lbs., so there is plenty of time and space to grow into the seat.

👤The seat is flimsy and there is little room for sitting.

👤When I say I like this car seat, I could go into detail. I will keep it short. The seat is worth something. You get a lot for what you pay. Not everything is top tier comfort and quality. This is not a premium seat. It passes all of the safety requirements. It was easy to use. If you are a first time parent, I highly recommend you look for certified car seat educators in your area to make sure you are using the right seat for your child.

👤I own the 4Ever Extend2fit but needed to upgrade my second child's infant car seat to a convertible one. I didn't need a second E2F as my rear-facing 4 year old was getting ready to transition into forward facing mode. I decided that the Grows4Me would make the most sense for my growing family after doing research on another E2F. The most basic of the 4Ever line is what I received after the G4M. The fabric of my E2F is different from the G4M. Some stitching is different from fabric. The G4M has less newborn inserts. The seat cover for the G4M is held together by a hook and loop setup. The G4M has one cup holder instead of two. It was a great budget buy because of the differences in comfort and safety. The 4Ever line has all the necessities and luxuries for a great price. The best part is that it fit in my car. Take that all you non-believers.

👤My daughter and I were t-boned by a garbage truck 10 days after we installed this car seat. She slept through my injury without a scratch on her head. I can't afford another one. I will be buying again when I can. It is worth every penny. 100 percent!

👤I couldn't use it for my baby so I didn't give a lot of stars. It's not for newborns. He was too small for it. He hasn't been switched to this car seat. He is four months old.

👤It may feel like a chore, but reading the manual will help you get the best fit for your child. I researched a lot to find the right carseat for my daughter. She is over 30 inches tall. Her seat was too tight for her height and she hadn't maxed out her weight capacity. I am a licensed social worker with a specialty in Child Welfare and have used SEVERAL carseats. This was one of the easiest ones I've installed and I found it to be easier to maneuver than her infant carseat was. I have "mother's wrists" as a result of my pregnancy which makes lifting heavy items very difficult for me. It was easy to lift and it did not cause any strain. My daughter's first car ride was in the photo. I noticed that she had more head support from this seat than she would've in her infant car seat, because she fell asleep.

👤The design has many features and is thick. The instructions are easy to understand in the manual. The position of the child on the bottom of the car seat base is correct. Sorry about the background noise in the video.

👤It's a hassle to anchor them to the car with the clips. Getting them on is not too difficult. I was not aware that I was ordering this. The base doesn't come off. I had to be escorted by a nurse to show her the one I had before I left the hospital. Not a fan. I would have paid an extra 100$ for the other version if I had known it would be this bad. There are more heads up! This isn't compatible with any stroller. That's correct, not just. I need to find a Graco. No my parents friends. Any troll. The base did not come off. That means no stroller. Leave the car seat alone. I was going to give it a 3 star. It is.

The LATCH attachment from In Right can be used for quick installation. The LATCH attachment from In Right can be used for quick installation.

Brand: Graco

👤The manufacturing date of the carseat was about a year old, which was surprising as most carseats/bases we've bought new are usually only a few months old. If we were going to use these for more babies, we would have looked for better dates.

👤We bought a second for the little brother because we liked it so much. It's a perfect combination of comfort and safety.

8. Britax One4Life ClickTight All One

Britax One4Life ClickTight All One

One4life converts from a rear facing infant car seat to a forward facing booster seat. The fit is perfect: 15 position headrest and harness with one hand.

Brand: Britax

👤The car seat came out just in time, I have been looking for it. I wanted an extended rear facing car seat that was up to 50 pounds, as I have read that rear facing is best for little ones. I wanted the seat to be convertible to a front facing and booster seat so I wouldn't have to use multiple car seats over the years. There is a I wanted it to be safe. I narrowed it down to the nextfit max, graco extend2fit, and this car seat because they all have the booster option. The graco extend2fit would have been my choice if the seat hadn't come out. This car seat is the winner over the graco. There is a The installation is easy. I don't have to worry about messing with the latch, and I only have to close the click tight panel under the seat once I put the seatbelt across. My mom sat in it and was impressed by how comfortable it was. I was worried that it wouldn't fit in my car because of the extended rear facing seat. I was expecting a front seat passenger but there is still room for a passenger in the front seat. If it's in your budget, stop searching and get this car seat today. The safety of my child is worth it even though it is on the pricier side. It is worth the investment when I consider that the seat will last 10 years, and that I spend more time eating out than I did on the seat, it puts things in perspective. If it was helpful, please give this review a thumbs up.

👤I have removed a star for lack of comfort. Without a pull-up on but with the Britax Seat saver in use, my son started complaining about his bottom hurting and the seat being too hard about 25 minutes into the ride. I put my hand on the seat cushion and felt a bar under the seat cushion. The cushion isn't padded enough. That is not comfortable! This is very upsetting for a seat like this. The manual storage location is stupid. It is under the seat cushion behind the child's back, making it more difficult for the child to sit on. It would get torn up from all the moving around of the child. I don't like storing it in my glovebox. It should be with the seat. The only RF seat that has a shell tall enough for my son, who is only in the 75th percentile for height, is this one. I liked the harness straps, but now they seem to be falling apart. I'm going to keep an eye on this. There is a lot on this seat that needs to be improved. I'm very disappointed that there is no anti-rebound bar for this seat. The seat was shown with the anti-rebound bar, which was supposed to be used for a leg rest. The anti-rebound bar was not mentioned when the seat was released. An ARB might be available at some point, according to the company. Not good enough. Britax states the importance of the ARB and then releases a seat that doesn't have one. The seat cover doesn't fit the headrest. I've talked to someone else who has this seat and it's the same as mine. There is a lot of foam around the top of the seat. I don't like it. All. . It seems like it's too easy for the foam to be damaged. The headrest is moving a lot. This seems odd to me. It doesn't fit in the seat shell. I hear it rattle when my son moves his head. It seems like it should be better for the price. This seat is quite wide. I measured at the cupholders. Since we don't have any other passengers in the back seat, it does fit in my small car. The cupholders are easy to remove. It would be dangerous for the driver to have cupholders launched around the vehicle if they pulled them out and thrown them around by a young child. The seat requires the child's head to be below the shell, which is confusing. I don't like ambiguous rules for car seats, though I know a lot of them have this rule. I'm going to talk to a tech about how to measure that. My son is 42" tall and is 4 years old, so he seems to fit well in it. We finally found a seat that he can use to max out rear-facing in height or weight, because he has such a long torso. We already had a seat he could forward face in, so hopefully the rule won't affect that. I've only allowed my son to sit in the seat with a pull-up on so far, and I'm concerned the crotchbuckle is too short, which could cause him to break his crotch. I will find out if the Britax Seat Saver will be comfortable for him without a pull-up. The seat was easy to install. This is the only seat I've tried that is easy to install. It installed more evenly than any of the others I've tried. I like that the seat cover is machine washable, but I haven't tried removing it yet. It's machine dryable, which is great, but I will probably try not to dry it to help with longevity. The seat is quite tall. I have to have it on the second-to-last recline in order to be able to see out my window. The comfort of the seat, ease of installation, and height of the shell are the big winners here. The straps are easy to tighten and I like them. I leave the straps and unbuckle to get my son in and out so I don't have to tighten it all the time. The anti-rebound was supposed to be available. The ARB is more important with bigger kids since they have more force. There are some things that need improvement on this seat, but there are also some great things about it. I don't think we will keep this seat. The Nuna Exec comes with an anti-rebound bar and is easy to install, so we might end up with it.

👤This is our 8th car seat and 5th child. We have had several before this one. It's my favorite of all the car seats we've ever had, so I had to review it. It's seriously. The Diono is heavy and difficult to adjust to, the Britax is cumbersome, and the Evenflos are cheap and thin. None of them have covers that are easy to wash. The covers are easy to put back together. The metal parts you want to be safe and sturdy are latches, tether, etc. The adjusting pieces are large and easy to grasp. Oh! That is the other thing. I couldn't get my hand into any of the others in the way I needed to, not for adjusting, not for installing, and not for moving stuff around. I can get my paw through the appropriate areas. The harness adjustment feature is enough to give repeat business. I didn't say anything dirty while installing. Heeheehee

👤I couldn't ask for a better car seat when I bought it at Target. My daughter is 16 months old and still rear facing, she is very comfortable with the extended leg room. She was laughing and playing in the back seat of the car that was totaled in the accident, even though nothing happened. I just added it to my cart and will be buying it again for my new car.

👤I was frustrated with how hard it was to tighten the seatbelt. You need to have the strength of 10,000 people to tighten it. I figured it out. Pull the slack from around the child's hips once the chest clip and belt are buckled. The chest clip and shoulder strap covers should be lowered. The slack is above the chest clip. The strap needs to be tightened. It will be very easy. We shouldn't have to go through this, but once you know how to do it, it's not bad. It is easy to remove the cover, but it is not so easy to put it on. The seat cover is secured with small elastic loops. The loops need to be threaded through small holes to reach the hook. If you don't have a crochet hook, you will throw the seat away. With the crochet hook, I was able to thread the elastic loop through the small holes and over the fastening hooks with very little effort.

👤We don't plan ahead very well. We were worried when our kid was upgraded to a convertible car seat. We weren't sure if we would be able to find a small car that fit my wife's small car. We looked for a budget friendly car seat because we are already spending an arm and leg for diaper changing. We wanted something to keep him calm. We have three digit temperatures where we are located, which means we have something that could fit in a corolla and the passenger didn't have to move their seat to the point where they were kissing the dash. The fact that it grows with the child makes it a better investment than a budget friendly convertible seat. The fabric allows our son to breathe during the hot days. He gets a little sweat on his back but that is normal with all car seats. I know he doesn't mind the seat because he always passes out with each car ride. We were able to keep the front passenger and driver seat in the back of the car. I enjoy any little leg room I can get. This seat is perfect for your child.

It was designed to help protect your rear facing child from 5-40 pounds. Simply Safe Harness System adjusts the harness and headrest height with one easy motion. A combination of the most rigorous crash tests that helps to protect your child in frontal, side, rear, and rollover crashes; additional testing based on the New Car Assessment Program and for extreme car interior temperatures is what the Protect Plus engineered is. 👤I wish I could give this seat a 3.5 star rating, but that option doesn't exist, so I went up to a four instead of a three. This car seat has been with us since February of 2016 It's been about 8 months since I wrote this, and it's been one year. When we purchased this car seat for my son, he was just one year old. He is an average sized child. We were in a passenger side impact car accident on the freeway last week and need to replace this car seat because my son was in it when it was side swiped. As I was thinking about what I would like in the next car seat, I thought about some things I don't like about this car seat, as well as some things I like. I thought it would be helpful for people to see my list of pros and cons after using the Condender 65 for over a year and a half. I kept my son safe in the car accident. The five point harness system was still installed tightly and there were no visible signs of damage. It's really affordable. It was cheap, but not cheap quality-wise. I didn't want to spend $300 on a Britax car seat if I could get away with it. I never considered the cup holder when buying a car seat because my son was barely a year old, but it has been great for holding toys, drinks, and snacks. It's easy to clean. The Britax and Chicco convertible models don't have cup holders built in which is a big problem for me. The ones that clip on seem flimsy and I've read a lot of mixed reviews that make those kinds of cupholders seem more an "afterthought" and don't really feel like a part of the seat. My son knows that he would pull them off and throw them on the floor. I read a review where a mom said her child did this for $30 to sit on the floor of their car. It's fairly light without feeling flimsy. It is 15.2 lbs, which sounds right to me. My niece has a Britax Pioneer car seat that is 26 lbs. The "Simply Safe Adjust" harness system at the top of the car seat is very convenient. It's nice to be able to press a button and pull it as your child grows, instead of having to re-thread the straps. It's easy to rethread the buckle. There is no "recline" button, but this could be a pro or con. If you are using the seat for forward or rear facing, you just flip the little wedge at the base of the seat. I never had an issue with it. We used it for both forward and rear facing. The little ball that indicates proper positioning was in the perfect place each time, without any adjustments or boosting in my Honda Pilot. Black straps! They hide the stains and clean them easily. All of the cons are personal preference and convenience issues. I have no doubt that this car seat is safe. It is difficult to move this seat from one car to another. The cheaper 'hook' style of straps are the ones that are used in cars, not the nicer ones that have a button like a seatbelt. They're a problem to get out of. It's a pain and a half to get in and out of my parents' BMW 5 series and my husband's Honda Civic, so I've transferred this from my Honda Pilot to my husband's Honda Civic. I end up sweaty and swearing. It is not helpful that the strap you use to adjust the seat is only on one side, so you have to climb into your vehicle or mess with it. We had to change it twice. When it came out of the box, my son was in the back of the car, and the adjuster was on the left side of the seat. It's more convenient to have the strap on the side of the door. You have to thread the belt through the seat because you can't just pull it out. When my son switched to forward facing, we had to adjust it again. These are the little things that you don't want to waste time on as a parent. If you could adjust the slack/tightness from both sides, it would be much more convenient. The little bar clip with a button that allows you to adjust the latch belt on the one side is very frustrating to use. It does nothing when you press it half the time. It is supposed to let go of its grip on the belt so you can get slack in the belt to remove the latch from the car or tighten it. My friend's car seat has an issue with the latch button. I am not a bad person, but I have lost patience trying and sometimes I have to ask my husband to mess with it. Stains. I have always been too lazy to take the entire cover off and wash it, even though I was positive I could remove the seat after the accident, because I didn't think I could do it. I have never been able to get the stains out of the seat insert with bleach. I wish they were easier to clean because it looks filthy, unfortunately, with a toddler it's unavoidable. I couldn't get the stains out of this seat, so I gave up. We had a seat in Glacier. The gray is shown in a photo. If you remove the lighter gray seat pad, the stains won't show. The little pad has always been left in for comfort. My friend with the same car seat has said that they washed the seat after their daughter had an accident and it took quite some time to dry. She didn't think the fabric would hold up to multiple machine washings. The five point harness that goes over the child is very difficult to use. I had a lot of issues with them not adjusting equally, which is unsafe. The straps seem prone to twisting and making the buckle backwards. The pull strap at the base of the seat can be difficult to pull tight enough. I felt like I would be pulling and yanking and it wouldn't be tight enough, so it drove me crazy. There is no recline handle to adjust the seat's incline. This could be considered a pro or con depending on how you look at it. The most important thing about the Contender 65 is that it kept my son safe in an accident, even though I didn't care for it much. We decided on the 4Ever car seat from Graco because I have faith in them. It fixes most of the "cons" on this list and has all of the features I loved about the Contender 65. I paid $238 for it on Amazon, but the price has fluctuated, and I've seen it as low as $199 on Amazon.

👤My 11 year old was in a car accident and the car was totaled, but he was completely safe. After the crash, I ordered another one. Highly recommended!

👤Our one week old baby survived this horrible accident with no known injuries. This car seat is very good. Thank you for an excellent product. His old seat will be replaced with the same model.

👤I am very impressed with this seat. I bought a Cosi car seat a month ago that was more expensive than this one. I don't like it. I only used it 5 times and it was terrible, I wish I could return it and get this graco car seat from the beginning. The canopy is not loud. The one click handle makes it easy to take a car seat in and out. The seat is soft and comfortable, unlike many others that use cheap camping material fabric. The base is easy to open and the car seat is easy to close. I feel it is very safe and sturdy and is light enough to carry around. I am very happy with this car seat.

👤I wish I had this infant seat for my first child. If you purchase a car seat with an Amazon Prime registry discount, you will be hard pressed to find a better one. We used the seat and base that came with our stroller travel system, and it was a pain to use. We had to use a pool noodle because the base did not adjust. We had to manually adjust the straps in the back when we put our son in and out of the seat. The infant insert was useless and we used blankets around his head. Both hands had to adjust the handle. It was annoying when we upgraded to a convertible seat, but we still used it. I wanted to get something nicer. The seat is different from all those things. The handle requires one hand to raise and lower, the straps loosen and tighten with ease, the fabric is comfortable and supportive, and the base is adjusted to get the seat perfectly level. The canopy makes this seat look high end. It works with our old stroller, which is a plus. I don't know what we were missing out on. I looked at a lot of infant seats before I bought this one, and I am very happy with the price point, and it is a fantastic choice.

👤The seat is very nice and easy to use, one button handle makes it easy to get on and off the base. I felt it was easy to adjust to my little lady's small frame because she is 6 lbs 1 oz. My daughter is at about ten pounds.

👤I have had a car seat for almost a week. I don't like car seats that aren't sturdy or bulky and I have returned a few online because they didn't feel right. I don't want a sleek design. I want to be safe. I had watched a few videos on the reviews for this car seat and found the true shield side impact protection to be intriguing. When it arrived, it felt nice and sturdy, and I was pleasantly surprised. Extra padding on the sides makes them a little bulky. It was easy to set up and install in the car. It's nice to have a feature where you can adjust the base. The button for the handle can get stuck in place at times and you have to push it to get it to move. I am very happy with this seat. Love the products from Graco. The graco car seats are awesome. The only downside is that there is no basket to carry the baby in.
