👤There are a lot of issues with this car seat. It is not a safe seat and it looks cute. My daughter's chest harness does not stay in place on almost every ride. I can re-adjust it and put it around my daughters' armpits, but it will always slide down. This is not safe. My first car seat purchase is extremely unhappy and I will not purchase their products in the future. My daughter's head hangs down completely if she falls asleep in her chair, and this is a hazard. I wish I had saved my money and time on this one. I don't have a safe car seat for my toddler and I'm out $170.

👤The seat pad was moving very fast. It slid to the point where it exposed the hard plastic and hurt my child's back. Very upset with it.

👤The baby's head is hanging down.

👤I was overwhelmed by the number of car seats. I didn't know what to do. Each one had good and bad reviews. I am so excited to put my little one in this seat for the first time, I installed this today. I used seatbelt installation while rear-facing. It feels strong. This is my first Grace and I am very impressed. It is easy to loosen the harness straps when the headrest is adjusted up and down. It comes with two cup holders and lots of padding. I would recommend it to a friend.

👤Baby on the way, still didn't use it. It can lie down all the way back. I don't need to buy a new carseat. This can last a long time. Love it. It came with everything that isn't installed yet. Like the cupholders. It came with a manual that was a plus for the first time mom. I will let you know if it was a pain or not when I install it. I love it!

👤Soy padre por primer, puedo decir, andere, andere Ami hija se ve una instruement. Amigos, lo recomiendo.

👤So far, so good, I bought a month ago. The baby did great on the trip. It must be comfortable. I needed to use my elbow to pull the straps tight because they were so easy to adjust. The 2 cup holders are really nice. I couldn't figure out how to install the book and stickers. I took a video to install on my computer.

👤I bought this for my son. It doesn't have seat toddles to anchor the seat. The seat belt doesn't reach the other side if it's on the other side. It's not safe to see the dose. We have a new car that is safe, but I don't like the seat.

2. KidsEmbrace High Back Booster Marvel Spider Man

Your child can enjoy their beverage or snack at any time during the ride with a cup holder. A CUP HOLDER. Your child can enjoy their beverage or snack at any time during the ride with a cup holder.

👤My son can get it off with ease, but the back comes off too easily. That is a big issue for me. I didn't know there were no straps to hook the seat in. My daughter's booster seat has straps that connect to the metal pieces in my seats for stability, but this seat has nothing of that sort. My son should not have seen it. I could have sent it back because I am not comfortable with the safety level for school age kids. I did not realize that.

👤The only problem with this car seat is that it doesn't stay put, we have to adjust it, and it seems like the matieral shrunk, as if it is well made, also. I bought myself a graco one for a lower price. It was worth it.

👤I wouldn't recommend this seat to anyone. The seat has very little padding. A child wouldn't be very comfortable in the seat for a long time. I bought this because my grandson was not happy with the construction. I will return this item.

👤I am encanto todo de ella, pero hermosa tienes buen productos.

👤An extra booster for field trips. My children love this seat because it is spider man, but I hate it. The back of the seat is torn apart when someone else picks it up. When I pick up the seat, the base of the seat falls off because the knob on the back does not stay pushed down. I feel that it is not worth the price I paid for it. It would break my girls heart if I sent these seats back for a refund. I will not tolerate a poorly made Spider-Man themed booster seat until I find a better one.

👤Well now I'm in a bind. I showed my 6 year old the seat. It falls apart when you try to pick it up. The fabric doesn't meet the bottom part of the fabric when the headrest is all the way up. There is no padding. It is hard as a rock. We leave the belt in place on the shoulder guide because it's hard for him to pull it himself, because the seatbelt guides are hidden under the fabric, so you can't see them. I'm not sure how it can meet any safety ratings. I feel like a hard knock would break in two. He's going to be so disappointed that I have to return it.

👤I have a Nissan Altima and it doesn't fit. What a waste of money. I wanted this to work for my son because he loves spider man. I guess not.

👤There is no cushion on this seat and it is hard to sit on for long periods of time. He was fastened to the seat with this. It's difficult to put the seat in the car. The top detaches from the bottom when transporting a seat from one car to another.

👤No me parece segura, yo la armada es fcil, pero el producto es sin embargo. La calidad no es mala, pero la funcionalidad lo es al igual.

3. Disney Baby Convertible Mouseketeer Minnie

Disney Baby Convertible Mouseketeer Minnie

Kids can ride longer with extended use. Rear facing 5 40 pounds and forward facing 22 50 pounds. Side impact protection. The seat pad is safe to use in the dryer. 5 point harness with adjustment. 6 harness heights and 3 buckle locations allow for the best fit for growing children. 6 harness heights and 3 buckle locations allow for the best fit for growing children.

Brand: Disney

👤It is a nice seat. It is not for everyone. This car seat is different because it is not designed to fit the height and weight requirements that it claims are impossible. My daughter is only 25.5 inches tall and her head is already at the top of the car seat shell. She is 14 months old and has 18 pounds on her, she doesn't sit comfortably in it, she is all slumpy looking in the seat. The mickey/Minnie design is cute, but there is not a lot of cushion for accident protection, so go with a better car seat.

👤I haven't installed it yet, so I'm only giving it a 3 star. The bright red appears to be the same color as the orange red. There isn't a Mickey on the bottom right. The seat cover has labels sewn on it. The box says it was made in America. Booster says it was made in China. The product says Doral isn't anywhere. I know Dorel is the owner of cosco. Is this a true Disney product or a knock off? It seems like it's not right. Where is the signature? Don't advertise Made in America if it's clearly assembled in America. If it is not a counterfeit that is unsafe, it is worth the price, but it is not as advertised. I contacted Doral. The seat is genuine. Customer service is very professional. I did not have to ask for the wrong cover. She told me it would arrive by the end of the week. According to Doral, the seat feels flimsy because it is made to move during a crash to absorb pressure rather than the child. It makes sense. Customer service gets a rating. There was an update on December 16. I have had many phone conversations with Doral. According to customer service, the Mickey signature car seat padding has been discontinued. I make it for the APT 40. I don't know why they discontinued it for one size car seat. Customer service still gets a five star rating from me. They sent a car seat pad. It was the same as the one on the original car seat. They said they would send a gift for my grandson. They said it would take about two weeks. If you order a APT 50 carseat, your pad will not have Mickey written on the bottom right corner. 12/18: I wanted to keep this seat, but I had to fit it to my 34 inch. The grandson's shoulder straps were set at second from top. As he grows, I tried them at the highest set, but couldn't get the straps to reach the anchor to connect on the back. I was able to get them connected, but there is not a way to fit an older child in the seat. I tried to see if wrong straps were sent, but have not heard back. We wanted to use this seat in our grandparents car as he grows. It won't work with these short straps. I am a nurse so I have a lot of experience managing things. They sent a gift for my grandson who had been through a lot. It was a baby toy. I don't want to sound thankless, but he is 2 don't patronizing your custamers. The shell is made in the use, but Doral has some work to do on the seat. It works for some, but not in 6mo. It's not as advertised.

4. Safe Traffic System Safer Travel

Safe Traffic System Safer Travel

The innovative design elements of RideSafer reduce head and knee excursion, protect organs, and relocate the shoulder belt away from the child's neck. The first way to use RideSafer is with a vehicle lap belt and top tether, the second way is to use with a top tether anchor in the vehicle. Without a tether belt is the other way. RideSafer can be used with a lap and shoulder belt. RideSafer is certified for use in motor vehicles and tested with a lap-only belt and tether to meet performance standards. The weight range for RideSafer is between 30 lbs and 3 years old. And 120 lbs. RideSafer can be used with the Delighter Booster. RideSafer can be used with the Delighter Booster.

Brand: Ridesafer

👤I have a 6 yo boy with a learning disability who had a shoulder belt in a booster seat. When I saw this vest on the group for car seats that is run by professionals and car seat tech, I knew it was a safe option. I use the tether for everyday use because it keeps him from moving around. I feel it is much safer than the booster seat for the time being, even though he tries to move out.

👤It has been great to travel internationally when we have short cab rides. It is better to sit on our laps and in taxis than it is to have a malfunctioning car seat. I wish there was a way to adjust the height of the vest/straps more, and less of a gap at the shoulders. My son is within the height and weight range and I know it is safe as long as the belt passes where it should, I have watched the videos and read the FAQ. It is nerve wracking to get it and keep it in the right place.

👤I bought this for my son. We knew we would need to use the ride-sharing service once or twice during our trip for his 6th birthday. He is 46” tall and 41 lbs. The small was ordered by us. It is well suited for room to grow. We still use a Britax at home. The travel vest was easy to use. He was put in the backseat center and he was very secure. He was very comfortable on the long car ride from DC to Baltimore. We went to the aquarium, walked around all day, and rode the train back to DC, and it was easy to keep my purse in my purse. It was never too cumbersome. This will be my go-to when we travel in the city.

👤It's a great way to travel. If you live in the city with a toddler, you should use this safety harness. It takes a few seconds to put on the harness. It takes less than a minute to put the safety belt on. Carrying bulky car seats is no longer an issue.

👤My toddler would have a car seat without checking it, if we carried it in our carry on. Even though my daughter falls in the mid range for height and weight requirements, it was too loose. I had to buy a booster. The seat belt doesn't stay in the holders. I wouldn't use this product if it weren't for the extra precautions for older kids. Returning.

👤It is a lifesaver for public transit, a car too small for three seats across, and other things. It is easy to use once you have watched the video and seen my four year old wearing it.

👤Mi hijo viaje en su ruta escolar de manera segura y cabe en una tila pequea. Gran compra.

👤It's a good idea to have this with you if you have to use a taxi or ride-sharing service.

5. Graco Tranzitions Harness Booster Proof

The harness system allows the head and harness to adjust in one motion. Do not bleach. Busy, active parents will love the lightweight, portable seat. Your child's headrest grows with you. 2 cup holders keep drinks and snacks close to hand. The belt guides help position the seat belt.

Brand: Graco

👤Highly recommend! My son is 4 years old. 2.5 months ago, we got into a horrible car accident. I hit a pole, my car was totaled, and my son had minor whiplash and was released from the hospital the same day. I broke my nose, left ankle, right knee and was 800-273-3217 I have to give credit to this seat for his injuries being so minimal. I bought him another one last week because my car caught on fire in the accident and the seat did as well.

👤I don't usually write reviews. This car seat in the high back booster mode saved my five year olds life this Christmas Eve. Her grandmother was with her. The car flipped onto its side. The side of the car. She was in the driver's seat. We left the church service with her and our little boy. Daddy. We rode home. She does not have a scratch. I am amazed. Our guardian angels in heaven were watching over her tonight and she was safe and secure thanks to the car seat. The family with young children in the other car were safe as well. I have always purchased graco. I will continue to do that. Their customer service is excellent.

👤This is the second seat I've bought, so I'm going to write a review. The seat held up well in a crash. The seat was installed on the side. My husband and daughter came home safely that evening thanks to Ford and Graco. There is no higher praise for a car seat. This is the seat I recommend to everyone with forward facing kids and those with multiple kids. It's perfect for 3 situations. It is easy to install and second to none in my experience. I keep this in our second car so that I can adjust it between my three daughters with ease. They all say it's comfortable. I've had experience with a lot of different car seats and seat combinations with three young children and two cars. The seat is simple and has been my go-to seat recently. It's not fancy, it's not expensive, but it kept my daughter alive, and that's all I could ask for.

👤I thought I could help someone out by writing a review. I almost returned it the night I got it. I researched online for tips to get a good install. I tried tolatch first, but theadjuster kept getting in the way. I couldn't get the seat belt tight enough after locking it. The trick is to leave enough slack in the seat belt to pull as hard as you can until the seat belt is absolutely tight, then lock the retractor and put the excess in. Without pulling the belt horizontally, it wiggled 3 or more inches. It's not safe for a crash. I'm glad for forums online and tips for a tight install. Hope this helps.

6. Century Drive Seat All One

The Happy Planet collection. Their Do More promise is to recycle, reuse, and give back. Space-saving design. It is a back seat space saver. No hustling. No-rethread harness system; one-hand, 6-position headrest and harness adjust together. There are 6 positions for the right install. Designed and tested to help provide safe and secure protection so you can focus on the road ahead. Side-IMPACT PROTECTION. The built-in 5-point harness system was tested for occupant retention. 👤I bought this seat on Prime day sale a few months ago. When my toddler went with his grandparents, I bought a second car seat for him. We loved it so much that it became his primary seat. The low profile fits perfectly in our car and we always found ourselves getting my son into it. The seat is so flexible that we love it. It is much more comfortable than our other seat, and my son can easily fall asleep in it. The cup holders are garbage. My kid can remove them with ease. If you absolutely need snack holders, it's something to consider, since we solved this by removing them completely and flipping down the car's center seat cup holder. This was the perfect purchase.

👤My husband and I tried to install this in 2 different cars, first the seat belt and then the anchors, because our friend who is an obsessive car seat researcher suggested this to us. We were never able to get it installed in a secure location. We tried the rolled towel that is recommended in the instructions, but there was no dice. We're supposed to base the car seat's security on a towel. You're going to see the video I posted and say, "she just doesn't have the anchor straps tight." The straps were tight and it didn't make a difference. It's like... The angles are off. The cup holders have to be installed according to the manual. Which is fine, they were, but what if our kid pulls one out and throws it out the window on the freeway? Is it necessary to throw the car seat away? The instructions book and online installation videos are very basic, and I found some flaws in the video, such as the anchor strap being slack, but you can clearly see that the woman is trying to move the car seat back and forth. Fishy! If you want to try this for the price, but be honest about whether it is too loose, you should return it.

👤We've never had a better carseat. Function and beauty in one. The one-handed head rest adjustment is the best feature, it allows the shoulder straps to go up and down with no rethreading. Easy removal of the newborn piece. Instructions are on both sides of the seat, which makes it easy to place a height stand. My baby is 1.5 years old and 25 lbs., so there is plenty of time and space to grow into the seat.

👤The seat is flimsy and there is little room for sitting.

👤When I say I like this car seat, I could go into detail. I will keep it short. The seat is worth something. You get a lot for what you pay. Not everything is top tier comfort and quality. This is not a premium seat. It passes all of the safety requirements. It was easy to use. If you are a first time parent, I highly recommend you look for certified car seat educators in your area to make sure you are using the right seat for your child.

7. Chicco KidFit Belt Positioning Booster

Chicco KidFit Belt Positioning Booster

Duo's head and shoulder protection has 10 positions. Premium LATCH connections have a super Cinch 1-pull tightened. The seat has double foam padding. The dishwasher-safe cupholders are easy to hide. The backless booster for older children is created by the reclined backrest. The backless booster for older children is created by the reclined backrest.

Brand: Chicco

👤The last straw was when the dealership had to cut out a car seat that I couldn't get the belt loose on, after having multiple car seats that were a pain to get in and out. I found this after that. This is so easy to take out. I love this seat. This is something to buy.

👤I bought a seat at Walmart that was more expensive than the current one. It had an option for harness, but we didn't really need it. The seat was terrible, there was a piece of styrofoam in the headrest that rattled all the time. It was not designed to come out as it is energy absorbing. It sounded like I bought a Styrofoam cooler. I ordered this one for my wife's car because I thought we liked his current seat. It is very lightweight and can be installed in less than 2 minutes. My son liked it. My truck has rear inflatable seats belts, so I didn't order one for it. I reached out to Chicco because I saw conflicting information on the internet. The lady in customer service didn't know, so she would call me. I thought I would never hear anything. On Friday, I called at close to 4pm. She told me that my phone was compatible with the seat belt. The second one was installed by me. Don't buy a more expensive brand at Walmart.

👤It is easy to put together and install. The booster can be held in place with the latch system. Light weight makes it easy for a child to Buckle. The seats are too wide in the shoulder area. If you have a small space, the booster will not fit on the seat and the other passengers will not have much room. I would buy this again.

👤The belt positioning is great. The padding on the seat is very nice. It was easy to use. There are clips that are useful. The kid likes that side pillows. The seat is not deep enough. The seat in our van is almost 4 inches beyond the front of the booster. I fear my tall child will be uncomfortable in this seat because it is rated for taller kids.

👤Our son is 9 months old and is on a 99 percentile for his age, so we use to move on in the gear a bit earlier. He feels like a big boy, easy to seat by himself, and seems safe. We put him in the middle back seat of the Santa Fe sport to make room for other guests. The last one was large. I would recommend this product.

👤We have two seats for our kids. They have cup holders for all of their stuff. They are easy to put in your seats, and the belt adjustment on the sides helps place the belt where it is supposed to be. A high quality booster.

👤I bought this seat after my attempt to get my kid a spiderman booster seat failed. The spiderman seat looked cool, but it lacked all the things I love in a Chicco seat. The seat is easy to assemble. The latch system gives it extra stability to prevent it from hitting the car when there is no child in it. The padding on the back is thin, but the headrest padding and seat padding are nice. If your child is short and wide, it may not hold up through age 9. It doesn't affect me, as my kids are walking stick figures, but something to consider if your kids are on the bigger side. If you need to cram in multiple seats in a smaller car, this narrow design is ideal.

8. Mifold Portable Carpooling Comfortable Adventure

Mifold Portable Carpooling Comfortable Adventure

The world's most compact and narrow booster is called the COMPACT AND NARROW BOOSTER SEAT. 40 to 100 lbs. are designed for kids aged 4 and up. Mifold is more than 10x smaller than a traditional booster and is just as safe. It's a convenient seat for travel. The comfort booster fits into a child's backpack, glove box or parent's handbag, making it perfect for ride sharing, three across and more. The new version includes an extra padded seat, an updated shell design, anti-slip pads and an easy to fit shoulder guide. The toddler's booster seat is regulated for use in every country except Australia and Taiwan because it has been tested and proven to be safe. Mifold ensures optimal seat belt fit. Instead of lifting the child up, the grab-and-go car seat adjusts the adult seat belt by pulling it down to fit the child safely and securely. Mifold ensures optimal seat belt fit. 👤When my youngest child graduated from a convertible to a booster seat, I had to do a bit of car seat shuffling in my van and find a smaller profile booster for her so that she could use the narrow seat in my Honda Odyssey. I was able to sit three children across the second row of my minivan. The game gave me the chance to try out a variety of booster seats, both full size and compact travel size, to see what fit best for my daughter. We found that having a Mi-Fold seat on hand for our second and third cars as well as for travel would be good to have on hand, but we settled on a Graco RightGuide seat belt trainer. This is the review of the new Mi-Fold Comfort and the comparison of it to the older Mi-Fold Sport Luxury booster. I've never used the original Mi-Fold booster because I've read so many negative reviews about how it wouldn't be comfortable and wouldn't fold while the child was using it. I ordered a Mi-fold One non folding booster and sent it back because the cushion on the seat wasn't good and it wouldn't stay in place on the leather seats when my child sat on it. When we initially ordered several different boosters, the Mi-Fold Sport was one of the seats that we felt was worth keeping. It has good quality, it has good rubber gripping on it to keep it in place, and it has plenty of cushion. The shoulder strap is the only complaint I have about the seat. It is difficult to adjust the length because of the thick strap. The seat belt clip is difficult to open. I like that the Sport comes with a carrying case so we can store the seat when not in use. The Mi-Fold Comfort is very similar to the Sport version. The height and weight range for the seat is different. The comfort is for children between 33 and 100 lbs. 40 to 57 inches tall is what the Sport is for. The seats are the same in dimensions. It's not clear what makes the Comfort suitable for a smaller child. The Comfort has six small triangles on the bottom to help keep the seat from slipping under your child. While the seat stays in place, I think the Sport has a better non-slip bottom since it is a larger area. The material on the seat is similar to a jersey. I don't like the texture of the seat fabric. The faux leather material on the Sport model is better for me. The strap guide on the Comfort is better than the one on the Sport. The material is easy to adjust. The shoulder belt clip is easy to use. You can feed the belt into the guide and be good to go. This design will make it easier to use this seat in a car. The instructions for how to fit this booster to a child are printed on the seat's webbing. The manual booklet contains the instructions for the sport model. It is difficult to put the manual in the pocket without messing it up because the pocket is tight on the Comfort model. The manual can be put into the storage pocket on the Sport model. The Sport has an aluminum bottom on one half and is heavier than the Comfort because it has a plastic bottom. My nine year old found it comfortable. We got the Sport model seat and she didn't like it. My son thinks the seat on the Sport is better than the one on the Comfort, but he doesn't think it's bad. The price difference between the Comfort and the Sport models is the same. The Sport can be three dollars more. I prefer the Sport to the Comfort because of the nicer materials. If you have a child who is 40 inches or 40 lbs, the sport might be better. If you have a smaller child or want the lightest of the two for travel, the Comfort is a good choice. I like that the Comfort can be used by a four year old who is less than the height and weight requirements of the Sport model. The Sport model that I purchased from Amazon two months ago was made over two years ago, so it was brand new when I received it. The Comfort was just released in 2020 and has a manufacturing date from 2020 so you would have more of a usable life from it than the Sport. If you have a lot of kids and want to get as long as you can out of the seat, you should keep in mind this.

👤We decided on a big kid seat for our 6 year old after looking at many different options. He loves the arm rests and cupholders and is happy that he can now. If you don't check the height and weight requirements, your child may not like the seatbelt position. If you liked this review and it was helpful to you, please mark it as helpful and check out some of my other reviews. Please ask if you have any questions.

👤I may replace our 3 in 1 car seat with one because it was bought as an extra car seat. The cup holders collapse into the sides for more space if you have a third person in the back.

👤My grandson is too big for a car seat. The transitional seat is this one. It is very easy to use. He uses the shoulder harness. There is a piece that adjusts the shoulder strap. Most people don't realize they need to replace boosters and car seats after accidents, but I am pretty sure this seat will last longer than we need it to. Hopefully that won't happen. I always update my reviews if new information seems useful. I hope this information was helpful to you.

👤I don't own a car and I use ride-sharing services a lot. It's lighter to carry when I'm with my child. He's 4 ft tall. Public transportation is always in the way. It's light, which was a problem with a standard car seat. I have to have a seat for my child in a moving vehicle. This seat has helped me many times. Normally people would travel with their child in their laps, but I always have a seat.

👤The small human was unavailable to be photographed, but he was highly approving of the booster seat's design, while the larger humans were against it. Getting the first arm in was more difficult than it should have been, but I eventually figured it out. He gets his belt placement in the correct spot because it feels sturdy. The instructions were a little dicey and probably could have been a little clearer when it came to assembly, but they were very clear when it came to how tobuckle the child in, which I appreciated.

👤The booster seat is great for boys and girls. It is easy to install on your car seat. The seat belt drop is holding it down for the child, but I have to adjust it every day. My kid is on the lightest weight side of the seat, but I have concerns about the safety of it, it slides around on the car, and my kid is on the lightest weight side. It is easy for a child to learn how to wear a seatbelt, but I wish I had kept the strap at his shoulder height. I had to do a bunch of extra knots and rig up a way to get the seatbelt to hold at the right level, and it doesn't look the prettiest, but it does the job. The cupholders are easy for the child to open and close, and I like that you can talk them away if you don't use them.

10. Cosco Finale Booster Sweet Berry

👤I hurt my back and hands in the accident, but my son didn't complain. He was checked out by the doctor and didn't have any injuries. I bought the same one to replace the one I used.

👤If you want to use this seat for everyday use, I would recommend you to keep looking. I have used a lot of car seats and this one has pros and cons, but I don't like them all. The fabric had a tear after 2 weeks of use. After 2 weeks! That is crazy. The seat seems to be made of plastic. I don't feel like I'm protecting my kids. The size is lightweight and slim. It is easy to fit into most situations where a car seat is needed. My kids loved having someone to store their stuff. The straps were easy to install. I've had seats where you need to catch your breath, drink some water and wipe your sweat after installing it in the car. If you are going to use this as a secondary seat for travel or for a grand parent, aunt, or uncle's car, go for it. If you want this to be your child's everyday seat, go for something with a little more quality. It is the only safety measure that could possibly save your child's life.

👤The carseat is light and works well on Southwest Airlines seats. The arm has to be up, but it barely touches the armrest limit. I put it in my carry on and used a travel belt to get it through the airport. It was easy to detach to get through security. After it was detached from the plane, I held it over my head to walk down the isle. It was super light here. I am 5'1. The seat fit over my head and there was room to spare. I was able to use the seatbelt to Buckle, and used a folded cloth over the Buckle to keep it from pressing too much into my toddler's back. He didn't complain. This is not an issue in the plane with their lap belts. There are no issues with the seatbelts in the rental cars. It was comfortable enough for him to sleep in. When we went back to his normal seat, he never complained about the extend2fit seat we use. It's great for travel.

👤We've purchased a lot of seats, but this one felt like it was flimsier. After two weeks of use, a plastic piece near the harness tighten strap broke as I was securing my child in the seat. I liked the idea of a harness that could grow as he got bigger. I will be buying another brand to replace it. I fear how this might hold up in the event of a crash if pieces break just from tightening the belt.

👤I have to leave a review for this product because I am so happy with the results. I have a 2010 corolla and was pretty sure we would need another big vehicle to allow 3 carseats. I researched so much that I found great reviews for the price and they fit. It is snug. I could secure each seat tightly and safely. I don't know if I'll have a baby in the middle or side, but both arrangements fit. The car is not our go-to family car, so we don't envision long trips with the kids in these seats, but we now have peace of mind knowing if the parent who has the car that day needs to go to store / drop off at daycare / etc with all 3 So relieved! You can use the 5 point harness until 65 lbs. When our 5 year old gets to that point, we will assess what to do. It would be very difficult to buck in. The 5 point harness was needed.

👤This is our 8th car seat and 5th child. We have had several before this one. It's my favorite of all the car seats we've ever had, so I had to review it. It's seriously. The Diono is heavy and difficult to adjust to, the Britax is cumbersome, and the Evenflos are cheap and thin. None of them have covers that are easy to wash. The covers are easy to put back together. The metal parts you want to be safe and sturdy are latches, tether, etc. The adjusting pieces are large and easy to grasp. Oh! That is the other thing. I couldn't get my hand into any of the others in the way I needed to, not for adjusting, not for installing, and not for moving stuff around. I can get my paw through the appropriate areas. The harness adjustment feature is enough to give repeat business. I didn't say anything dirty while installing. Heeheehee

👤I couldn't ask for a better car seat when I bought it at Target. My daughter is 16 months old and still rear facing, she is very comfortable with the extended leg room. She was laughing and playing in the back seat of the car that was totaled in the accident, even though nothing happened. I just added it to my cart and will be buying it again for my new car.

👤I was frustrated with how hard it was to tighten the seatbelt. You need to have the strength of 10,000 people to tighten it. I figured it out. Pull the slack from around the child's hips once the chest clip and belt are buckled. The chest clip and shoulder strap covers should be lowered. The slack is above the chest clip. The strap needs to be tightened. It will be very easy. We shouldn't have to go through this, but once you know how to do it, it's not bad. It is easy to remove the cover, but it is not so easy to put it on. The seat cover is secured with small elastic loops. The loops need to be threaded through small holes to reach the hook. If you don't have a crochet hook, you will throw the seat away. With the crochet hook, I was able to thread the elastic loop through the small holes and over the fastening hooks with very little effort.

👤We don't plan ahead very well. We were worried when our kid was upgraded to a convertible car seat. We weren't sure if we would be able to find a small car that fit my wife's small car. We looked for a budget friendly car seat because we are already spending an arm and leg for diaper changing. We wanted something to keep him calm. We have three digit temperatures where we are located, which means we have something that could fit in a corolla and the passenger didn't have to move their seat to the point where they were kissing the dash. The fact that it grows with the child makes it a better investment than a budget friendly convertible seat. The fabric allows our son to breathe during the hot days. He gets a little sweat on his back but that is normal with all car seats. I know he doesn't mind the seat because he always passes out with each car ride. We were able to keep the front passenger and driver seat in the back of the car. I enjoy any little leg room I can get. This seat is perfect for your child.
